Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 8k8k platform. By registering an account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8k8k online gaming platform, including all services, features, content, and tools made available through the website. By accessing 8k8k, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. 8k8k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
To register and use 8k8k, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and you are permitted to participate.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
8k8k reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on 8k8k. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 8k8k will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact support immediately through the in-platform help channel.
8k8k reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity. Verification may require submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using 8k8k, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter.
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, bet, promotion, or platform feature in a way that is not intended or permitted.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to unfairly influence the outcome of any game or bet.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another person or allowing others to use your account.
Breach of these obligations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on 8k8k are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and internal processing times. 8k8k does not guarantee a specific processing timeframe and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All funds deposited are held for gaming purposes only. 8k8k does not pay interest on account balances. Unused balances may be subject to inactivity policies detailed in your account settings. For questions about transactions, visit the FAQ page.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
8k8k provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
All content on the 8k8k platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of 8k8k or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers and game studios. 8k8k is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
8k8k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, suspicious transaction patterns, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds may be forfeited and outstanding promotional winnings may be voided.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support through the in-platform help channel. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of 8k8k shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
